PUBLIC CALL
European Integration Office announces a public call for the engagement of one person with a Contract on temporary and occasional jobs for the following:
1. Control of public procurement procedures in accordance with the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actionsfinanced from the general budget of the EU (PRAG) related to the implementation of the Programme “Support to the Serbian Economy through the Supply of Goods for Five Line Ministries” – 1 person.
A Contract on temporary and occasional jobs can be concluded for the period of maximum 120 working days (pursuant to the Article 197 of the Labor Law, “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” nos. 24/05, 61/05, 54/09, 32/13 and 75/14).
Terms of Engagement
Candidate should possess an University degree in Social and Humanistic sciences or Technical and Technological sciences of a minimum of 240 ECTS, master academic studies, specialist academic studies, specialist professional studies, or basic four-year University degree or specialist university studies, minimum 15 years of work experience, knowledge of public procurement procedures in accordance with the Practical Guide to Contract Procedures for EU External Actionsfinanced from the general budget of the EU (PRAG), knowledge of the Italian market and experience of collaboration with Italian Development Cooperation, excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages, good computer skills.
Submission of Application
Applications shall be submitted by e-mail to mvlacic@seio.gov.rs within fifteen days from the publication of the call on the website of the European Integration Office. All applications submitted not later than the last day of the aforesaid deadline, i.e.by 09.05.2017 at 9 a.m. shall be considered timely submitted.
Contents of the Application
Interested persons can submit their Curriculum Vitae, which, besides personal data (name, surname, year of birth, address and place of residence, telephone number), should contain data on education profile, information on professional development, information on specific areas of knowledge.
Selection of Candidates
After the deadline for submission of applications, candidates who meet the requirements of this public call will be invited for an interview. Applicants will be informed subsequently by e-mail on date and time of the interview. The interview will be conducted at the premises of the European Integration Office in 34 Nemanjina Street, Belgrade.
Candidates who will be invited for interview shall be asked to submit the original or a certified copy of the proof of acquired education and the proof of work experience.
