PRIVREMENI PREKID RADA PORTALA Prenot@mi / Prenot@mi PORTAL – TEMPORARY SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Obaveštavamo cenjene korisnike da će 23, 24. i 25. februara informacioni sistem Prenot@mi biti nedostupan počev od 10:00 časova (po italijanskom vremenu) 23. februara, i u tom periodu neće biti moguće obaviti nijednu operaciju na platformi. Platforma će biti ponovo dostupna 26. februara.

Termini od 26. februara do 7. marta moraju obavezno biti potvrđeni do 22. februara.

Korisnici sa terminima 5, 6. i 7. marta primiće e-mail od IT podrške radi potvrde termina, jer u toku prekida rada neće biti moguća potvrda putem platforme.

Korisnici koji imaju rezervaciju u danima prekida rada moraju preuzeti i poneti sa sobom potvrdu o zakazanom terminu. Ova potvrda se može preuzeti u odeljku „Moji termini“ klikom na kod rezervacije.

Please be informed that on February 23, 24, and 25, the Prenot@mi IT system will undergo a temporary service suspension starting from 10:00 a.m. (Italian time) on February 23. During this period, the platform will not be available for any operations. The platform will be available again on February 26.

Appointments scheduled from February 26 to March 7 must be confirmed no later than February 22.

Users with appointments on March 5, 6, and 7 will receive an email from IT support allowing them to confirm their appointment, as the system downtime will prevent confirmation through the platform.

Users with bookings on the days of the service interruption must download and bring with them the appointment receipt, which can be obtained from the “My Appointments” section by clicking on the booking code.
