NOVEMBAR 2021)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambasada Italije u Beogradu i ove godine od 22. do 28. novembra obele\u017eava \u201eNedelju italijanske kuhinje u svetu\u201d: tradicionalnu smotru Ministarstva spoljnih poslova i me\u0111unarodne saradnje koja promovi\u0161e italijansku kuhinju i kvalitetne prehrambene proizvode istovremeno u svim italijanskim ambasadama, konzulatima, institutima za kulturu i kancelarijama ICE u svetu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inicijativa, sada u svom \u0161estom izdanju, ove godine nosi naslov \u201e<em>Tradicija i perspektive italijanske kuhinje: svest i vrednovanje odr\u017eivosti hrane<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doga\u0111aji, koje organizuje Ambasada Italije u Beogradu, u saradnji sa Italijanskim institutom za kulturu (IIC), Italijanskom agencijom za spoljnu trgovinu (ICE), Komorom italijansko-srpskih privrednika (CCIS) i Konfindustrijom Srbije, imac\u0301e za cilj vrednovanje odnosa izme\u0111u biodiverziteta i poljoprivredno-prehrambenog diverziteta kao i va\u017enost za\u0161tite proizvoda sa oznakom geografskog porekla i lokalne kulinarske tradicije razli\u010ditih delova Italije. Radi se ne samo o enogastronomskom, ve\u0107 i o dru\u0161tvenom i kulturnom nasle\u0111u.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bi\u0107e promovisana vrednost mediteranske dijete, modela uravnote\u017eene i zdrave ishrane. Posebna pa\u017enja bic\u0301e posvec\u0301ena vrednovanju proizvoda \u201eMade in Italy\u201c i borbi protiv \u0161iroko rasprostranjenog fenomena \u201eItalian Sounding (zvu\u010di italijanski)\u201c.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Raznovrstan i bogat program koji promovi\u0161e vrednost &#8222;\u017eivota na italijanski na\u010din&#8220; i za trpezom.
