In parallelo alle misure sopra indicate, il Ministero della Salute ha emanato un’ordinanza inerente l’ingresso in Italia di persone provenienti dalla Cina e dalle zone a rischio. L’ordinanza prevede che tutti gli individui che, negli ultimi quattordici giorni (a far data dal 21 febbraio, quindi dal 7 febbraio), abbiano fatto ingresso in Italia dopo aver soggiornato nelle aree interessate dall’epidemia, come identificate all’Organizzazione mondiale della sanit\u00e0, debbano comunicare tale circostanza all’Azienda Sanitaria territorialmente competente, la quale provveder\u00e0 all’adozione della misura della permanenza domiciliare fiduciaria con sorveglianza attiva ovvero, in presenza di condizione ostative, di misure alternative di efficacia equivalente. Le aree identificate dall’OMS al momento includono la Repubblica Popolare Cinese e Taiwan, ma esse sono in evoluzione e possono essere consultate in tempo reale all’interno dei “situation report” dell’OMS, pubblicati con cadenza quotidiana sul sito www.who.int<\/a>, nella sezione Coronavirus\/Situation report (Tabella 1). Si attira l’attenzione sul fatto che la misura, oltre ad interessare i cittadini italiani che si trovano nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese e Taiwan, pu\u00f2 potenzialmente riguardare anche connazionali che si trovano in altri Paesi ma che in precedenza siano stati nelle aree interessate dall’epidemia.<\/p>\n

Order of the Ministry of Health concerning people from China and areas at risk entering Italy<\/strong><\/p>\n

In parallel to the adopted measures, the Ministry of Health has issued an order regarding people from China and areas at risk entering Italy. The order arranges that all individuals who in the previous fourteen days (starting from February 21st, therefore from February 7th) have entered Italy after staying in the areas affected by the epidemic, as identified by the World Health Organization, must communicate this circumstance to the competent local health authority, which will adopt fiduciary home stay with active surveillance or, in presence of impeding conditions, alternative measures of equivalent efficacy. The areas identified by WHO at the moment include the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan, but they are evolving due to further development of the contagion and can be consulted in real time in the WHO “situation report”, published daily on www.who.int<\/a>, in the Coronavirus \/ Situation report section (Table 1).
