Si informa che dal 28.03.2020 \u00e8 in vigore l’Ordinanza del Ministro della Salute di concerto con il Ministro delle Infrastrutture e i Trasporti, che disciplina l’entrata in Italia nell’ambito dell’attuale emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19: https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2020\/03\/ordinanza.pdf<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Si riassume l\u2019ordinanza nei seguenti punti:<\/p>\n

1. L’autocertificazione sui motivi del viaggio va consegnata anche all’imbarco e deve contenere i motivi del viaggio in modo dettagliato (salute, lavoro, necessit\u00e0 assoluta), l’indicazione del luogo dove si trascorreranno i successivi 14 giorni di isolamento e un recapito telefonico anche mobile. Per “necessit\u00e0 assoluta” si intendono le ragioni indicate nella FAQ pubblicata sul sito MAECI: https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/it\/ministero\/normativaonline\/decreto-iorestoacasa-domande-frequenti\/focus-cittadini-italiani-in-rientro-dall-estero-e-cittadini-stranieri-in-italia.html<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. Chi arriva dall’estero non pu\u00f2 prendere mezzi di trasporto pubblici, ma solo mezzi privati.<\/p>\n

3. La quarantena deve adesso essere fatta da chiunque entri in Italia. Quindi anche da chi entra con mezzo privato. Chi entra in Italia per lavoro pu\u00f2 ancora utilizzare la possibilit\u00e0 di rimandare l’inizio della quarantena di 72 ore (prolungabili per altre 48), nei limiti in cui ci\u00f2 sia assolutamente necessario.<\/p>\n

4. Tutti coloro in ingresso dall’estero, anche con mezzi privati, devono avvisare l’Azienda sanitaria locale competente per territorio.<\/p>\n

5. L’isolamento pu\u00f2 essere trascorso anche in un luogo diverso dalla propria abitazione, scelto dall’interessato.<\/p>\n

6. Se qualcuno, arrivando in Italia, non ha luogo dove passare quarantena o non riesce a raggiungerlo, allora deve trascorrere il periodo di isolamento in luogo deciso dalla Protezione civile, con spese a carico dell’interessato.<\/p>\n

7. Sono esclusi da queste regole: lavoratori transfrontalieri, personale sanitario, equipaggi di trasporto passeggeri e merci.<\/p>\n

New regulations on entry into Italy in the context of the current epidemiological emergency COVID-19<\/strong><\/p>\n

We inform you that from 28.03.2020 the Ordinance of the Minister of Health with the Minister of Infrastructures and Transport is in force. It regulates the entry into Italy in the context of the current epidemiological COVID-19 emergency: https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2020\/03\/ordinanza.pdf<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The order is summarized in the following points:<\/p>\n

1. Self-certification on the reasons for the trip has to be delivered at boarding and must contain the reasons for the trip in a detailed manner (health, work, absolute necessity), an indication of the location for self isolation (14 days following the entry in Italy) and a telephone number (also mobile). “Absolute necessity” means the reasons indicated in the published FAQ on the MAECI website: <\/a>https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/en\/ministero\/normativaonline\/decreto-iorestoacasa-domande-frequenti\/focus-cittadini-italiani-in-rientro-dall-estero-e-cittadini-stranieri-in-italia.html<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

2. Those arriving from abroad cannot take public means of transport, but only private means of transport.<\/p>\n

3. Quarantine must now be done by anyone who enters Italy (also<\/p>\n

by those who enter by private vehicle). Those who enter Italy for work can still use the<\/p>\n

possibility to postpone the start of the 72-hour quarantine (extendable for another 48 hours),<\/p>\n

to the extent that this is absolutely necessary.<\/p>\n

4. All those entering from abroad, even by private means, must notify<\/p>\n

the local health authority competent for the territory.<\/p>\n

5. Isolation can also be spent in a place other than one’s own<\/p>\n

home, chosen by the interested party.<\/p>\n

6. If someone, arriving in Italy, has no place to spend quarantine nor<\/p>\n

manages to reach it, he\/she must spend the period of isolation in a place established<\/p>\n

by the Civil Protection, with expenses charged to the interested party.<\/p>\n

7. The following categories are excluded from these rules: cross-border workers, health workers,<\/p>\n
