{"id":3342,"date":"2020-09-21T17:02:50","date_gmt":"2020-09-21T15:02:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambbelgrado.esteri.it\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2020\/09\/cambia-la-disciplina-degli-ingressi\/"},"modified":"2020-09-21T17:02:50","modified_gmt":"2020-09-21T15:02:50","slug":"cambia-la-disciplina-degli-ingressi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambbelgrado.esteri.it\/it\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2020\/09\/cambia-la-disciplina-degli-ingressi\/","title":{"rendered":"La disciplina degli ingressi dalla Serbia in Italia (aggiornamento al 31\/08\/2021)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Scroll down for English<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>Considerato l\u2019aggravarsi della situazione epidemiologica in Europa, la Farnesina raccomanda a tutti i connazionali di evitare viaggi all\u2019estero se non per ragioni strettamente necessarie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Si fa altres\u00ec presente che considerato l\u2019alto numero dei contagi in molti Paesi europei, non si possono escludere future ulteriori restrizioni agli spostamenti che rischierebbero di complicare eventuali rientri in Italia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Analoghe problematiche di rimpatrio potrebbero verificarsi, con incidenza ben pi\u00f9 grave, in caso di viaggi verso destinazioni extra-UE. Si ricorda che \u00e8 disponibile all&#8217;indirizzo: <a href=\"https:\/\/infocovid.viaggiaresicuri.it\/\">https:\/\/infocovid.viaggiaresicuri.it\/<\/a> un questionario interattivo per verificare la normativa italiana in vigore in merito agli spostamenti da\/per l\u2019estero.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>INGRESSO\/RIENTRO IN ITALIA DA PAESI DELL\u2019ELENCO D \u2013 DISCIPLINA GENERALE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Serbia si trova nella lista \u2018D\u2019. <strong>Dal 31 agosto al 25 ottobre 2021<\/strong> (fatta salva la possibilit\u00e0 di adottare provvedimenti diversi in questo lasso di tempo), in base all\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2021\/07\/ordinanza_salute_29.07.2021.pdf\">Ordinanza 29 luglio 2021<\/a> e all\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2021\/08\/ordinanza_esteri_28-8.pdf\">Ordinanza 28 agosto 2021<\/a>, all\u2019ingresso\/rientro in Italia, se nei quattordici (14) giorni precedenti si \u00e8 soggiornato\/transitato in un Paese dell\u2019elenco D, \u00e8 obbligatorio presentare al vettore all&#8217;atto dell&#8217;imbarco e a chiunque sia deputato ad effettuare i controlli, tutti e 3 i documenti di seguito riportati:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">1. un <a href=\"https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\/#\/\">formulario on-line di localizzazione<\/a> (denominato anche <em>digital Passenger Locator Form<\/em> (dPLF), in forma digitale o cartacea, gia\u2019 debitamente compilato;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">2. la <strong>certificazione \u201cverde\u201d COVID-19, rilasciata al completamento del ciclo vaccinale ovvero certificazione equipollente<\/strong>, emessa dalle autorit\u00e0 sanitarie estere a seguito di vaccinazione validata dall\u2019<strong>EMA*<\/strong> (Agenzia Europea per i Medicinali);<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">3. un certificato che attesti il <strong>risultato negativo di un test molecolare o antigenico<\/strong>, effettuato nelle <strong>settantadue (72) ore<\/strong> precedenti l\u2019ingresso in Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In caso di <strong>mancata presentazione della certificazione indicata al punto 2<\/strong>, \u00e8 comunque possibile entrare in Italia ma \u00e8 fatto obbligo di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sottoporsi a <strong>isolamento fiduciario e sorveglianza sanitaria<\/strong> (informando la ASL competente per attivare la sorveglianza) presso l\u2019indirizzo indicato nel dPLF, <strong>per un periodo di cinque (5) giorni<\/strong>.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Effettuare un ulteriore <strong>test molecolare o antigenico<\/strong>, al termine dei cinque (5) giorni di isolamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per consultare l\u2019Ordinanza del Ministero della Salute del 28 agosto 2021, cliccare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2021\/08\/ordinanza_esteri_28-8.pdf\">qui<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qui di seguito \u00e8 possibile consultare l&#8217;elenco dei laboratori presenti a Belgrado, <strong>aperti anche nei giorni festivi<\/strong>, in cui \u00e8 possibile effettuare il test rapido antigenico (<a href=\"resource\/doc\/2021\/04\/lista_laboratori_serbia.pdf\">link<\/a>).<br \/>I test antigenici e PCR possono essere anche eseguiti nel laboratorio statale del Terminal 1 dell&#8217;aeroporto Nikola Tesla di Belgrado, aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. I risultati dovrebbero essere disponibili entro 1 o 2 ore. Il pagamento pu\u00f2 essere effettuato presso l&#8217;ufficio postale, aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, accanto al laboratorio. ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.srbija.gov.rs\/vest\/en\/174066\/covid-19-testing-centre-opened-at-belgrade-nikola-tesla-airport.php\">https:\/\/www.srbija.gov.rs\/vest\/en\/174066\/covid-19-testing-centre-opened-at-belgrade-nikola-tesla-airport.php<\/a> )<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">IN SINTESI CHECK LIST PER EVITARE L\u2019ISOLAMENTO FIDUCIARIO E LA SORVEGLIANZA SANITARIA\u2013<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>AL MOMENTO DELLA PARTENZA<\/strong>, \u00c8 NECESSARIO ESSERE IN POSSESSO DI:<\/p>\n<table border=\"2\" frame=\"border\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CERTIFICATO DIGITALE COVID-19 RILASCIATO, AL TERMINE DEL PRESCRITTO CICLO, A SEGUITO DI AVVENUTA VACCINAZIONE (CERTIFICATO VACCINALE RILASCIATO DALLE AUTORITA\u2019 SANITARIE ITALIANE)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_mce_tagged_br\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OPPURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0CERTIFICAZIONE RILASCIATA DALLE AUTORIT\u00c0 SANITARIE ESTERE A SEGUITO DI UNA VACCINAZIONE CON VACCINO VALIDATO DALL\u2019AGENZIA EUROPEA PER I MEDICINALI* (EMA)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0TEST MOLECOLARE O ANTIGENICO NEGATIVO RISALENTE A NON PIU\u2019 DI 72 ORE DALL\u2019INGRESSO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM (<a href=\"https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\/#\/\">https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\/#\/<\/a>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>*Le vaccinazioni approvate dall\u2019Agenzia Europea per i Medicinali sono Pfizer-BionTech, Moderna, Astrazeneca, Johnson&#038;Johnson.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DEROGHE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Con <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ordinanza 29 luglio 2021<\/strong><\/span>, prorogata fino al 25 ottobre 2021, la disciplina relativa alle esenzioni ha subito alcune modifiche. Di seguito, sono elencate le categorie che beneficiano di esenzioni complete o parziali. L\u2019elenco delle categorie esentate non segue un ordine alfabetico, le lettere che lo caratterizzano fanno riferimento all\u2019elenco contenuto all\u2019art. 51 comma 7 del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DPCM 2 marzo 2021<\/span>, cui si riferisce anche l\u2019Ordinanza 29 luglio 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alla lettura delle informazioni riportate di seguito, si raccomanda di consultare attentamente anche il <strong>portale del Ministero della Salute<\/strong> dedicato al Nuovo Coronavirus, con particolare riferimento alle <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deroghe<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>I.ESENZIONE COMPLETA. Eccezione agli obblighi di certificazione verde\/test molecolare o antigenico pre-partenza, isolamento e successivo test:<br \/><\/strong><br \/>Fermo restando l\u2019obbligo di compilazione del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">formulario digitale di localizzazione<\/span> , in assenza di sintomi compatibili con COVID-19, <strong>gli obblighi<\/strong>, ove previsti, di Certificazione Verde Covid, di test molecolare o antigenico nelle 48 o 72 ore precedenti e di isolamento fiduciario di cinque (5) o dieci (10) giorni (a seconda della storia di viaggio) con successivo test molecolare o antigenico <strong>non si applicano<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) all&#8217;equipaggio dei mezzi di trasporto;<\/p>\n<p>b) al personale viaggiante;<\/p>\n<p>c) ai movimenti da e per gli Stati e territori di cui all&#8217;elenco A;<\/p>\n<p>l) ai lavoratori frontalieri in ingresso e in uscita dal territorio nazionale per comprovati motivi di lavoro e per il conseguente rientro nella propria residenza, abitazione o dimora;<\/p>\n<p>o) agli alunni e agli studenti per la frequenza di un corso di studi in uno Stato diverso da quello di residenza, abitazione o dimora, nel quale ritornano ogni giorno o almeno una volta la settimana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rientrano nell\u2019Esenzione Completa anche:<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">chiunque transiti, con mezzo privato, nel territorio italiano per un periodo non superiore a trentasei ore, con l&#8217;obbligo, allo scadere di detto termine, di lasciare immediatamente il territorio nazionale o, in mancanza, di iniziare il periodo di isolamento fiduciario per cinque (5) giorni presso l\u2019indirizzo indicato nel dPLF e di effettuare un test molecolare o antigenico al termine dell\u2019isolamento;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">chiunque faccia ingresso in Italia <strong>per un periodo non superiore alle centoventi (120) ore<\/strong> per comprovate esigenze di <strong>lavoro, salute o assoluta urgenza<\/strong>, con l&#8217;obbligo, allo scadere di detto termine, di lasciare immediatamente il territorio nazionale o, in mancanza, di iniziare il periodo di isolamento fiduciario per cinque (5) giorni presso l\u2019indirizzo indicato nel dPLF e di effettuare un test molecolare o antigenico al termine dell\u2019isolamento;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">chiunque rientri nel territorio nazionale a seguito di permanenza di durata non superiore a quarantotto (48) ore in localit\u00e0 estere situate a distanza non superiore a 60 km dal luogo di residenza, domicilio o abitazione, purch\u00e9 lo spostamento avvenga con mezzo privato;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">chiunque permanga per una durata non superiore alle quarantotto (48) ore in localit\u00e0 del territorio nazionale situate a distanza non superiore a 60 km dal luogo estero di residenza, domicilio o abitazione, purch\u00e9 lo spostamento avvenga con mezzo privato.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ai viaggiatori che rientrino nelle categorie 3) e 4) non si applica neppure l\u2019obbligo di compilare il dPLF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II. ESENZIONE PARZIALE: Eccezioni agli obblighi di isolamento e test successivo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Fermi restando gli obblighi di compilazione del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">formulario digitale di localizzazione<\/span> (dPLF), e di test molecolare o antigenico nelle quarantotto (48) o settantadue (72) ore precedenti l\u2019ingresso in Italia, e in assenza di sintomi compatibili con COVID-19, <strong>gli obblighi<\/strong>, ove previsti, <strong>di isolamento di cinque (5) o dieci (10) giorni con successivo test molecolare o antigenico non si applicano:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">d) agli ingressi per motivi di lavoro regolati da <strong>speciali protocolli di sicurezza, approvati dalla competente autorit\u00e0 sanitaria<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">e) agli ingressi per ragioni non differibili, previa <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">autorizzazione del Ministero della salute<\/span> e con obbligo di presentare al vettore all&#8217;atto dell&#8217;imbarco e a chiunque sia deputato ad effettuare i controlli un&#8217;attestazione di essersi sottoposti, nelle quarantotto ore antecedenti all&#8217;ingresso nel territorio nazionale, a un test molecolare o antigenico, effettuato per mezzo di tampone e risultato negativo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">h) ai cittadini e ai residenti degli Stati e territori di cui agli elenchi A, B, C e D che fanno ingresso in Italia per comprovati motivi di lavoro oltre le 120 ore;<\/p>\n<p>i) al personale sanitario in ingresso in Italia per l&#8217;esercizio di qualifiche professionali sanitarie, incluso l&#8217;esercizio temporaneo di cui all&#8217;art. 13 del decreto-legge 17 marzo 2020, n. 18;<\/p>\n<p>m) al personale di imprese ed enti aventi sede legale o secondaria in Italia per spostamenti all&#8217;estero per comprovate esigenze lavorative di durata non superiore a 120 ore;<\/p>\n<p>n)\u00a0 a funzionari e agenti, comunque denominati, dell&#8217;Unione europea o di organizzazioni internazionali, agenti diplomatici, personale amministrativo e tecnico delle missioni diplomatiche, funzionari e impiegati consolari, personale militare, compreso quello in rientro dalle missioni internazionali, e delle Forze di Polizia, personale\u00a0 del Sistema di informazione per la sicurezza della Repubblica e dei Vigili del fuoco nell&#8217;esercizio delle loro funzioni;<\/p>\n<p>p) agli ingressi mediante voli \u00ab<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Covid-tested<\/em><\/span>\u00bb, conformemente all&#8217;ordinanza del Ministro della salute 23 novembre 2020 e successive modificazioni;<\/p>\n<p>q) agli ingressi per competizioni sportive di interesse nazionale in conformit\u00e0 con quanto previsto dall&#8217;art. 49, comma 5 del DPCM 2 marzo 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Per maggiori informazioni sul Green Pass: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgc.gov.it\/web\/\">https:\/\/www.dgc.gov.it\/web\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<strong>INGRESSI DI MINORI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai fini dell\u2019ingresso nel territorio nazionale, i bambini di et\u00e0 inferiore ai sei anni sono esentati dall\u2019effettuazione del test molecolare o antigenico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In caso di insorgenza di sintomi COVID-19, resta fermo l\u2019obbligo per chiunque di segnalare tale situazione con tempestivit\u00e0 all\u2019Autorit\u00e0 sanitaria e di sottoporsi, nelle more delle conseguenti determinazioni dell\u2019Autorit\u00e0 sanitaria, ad isolamento.<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lingua inglese:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Serbia is on the list &#8216;D&#8217;. From 31 August to 25 October 2021 (without prejudice to the possibility of adopting different measures in this period of time), based on the Ordinance of 29 July 2021 and the Ordinance of 28 August 2021 of the Ministry of Health, upon entry\/return to Italy, if within the fourteen (14) previous days you have stayed \/ transited in a country of list \u2018D\u2019, it is mandatory to show to the carrier at the time of boarding and to anyone in charge of carrying out the checks:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. the online location form ,also called digital Passenger Locator Form &#8211; dPLF (available at the following link: <a href=\"https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\/#\/\">https:\/\/app.euplf.eu\/#\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. the &#8220;green&#8221; COVID-19 certification, issued upon completion of the vaccination cycle or equivalent certification, issued by the competent health authorities following vaccination validated by the EMA* (European Medicines Agency);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. a certificate attesting the negative result of a molecular or antigen test, carried out in the seventy-two (72) hours preceding the entry into Italy, to be shown to anyone responsible for carrying out this verification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of non-presentation of the certification indicated at point 2, it is still possible to enter Italy but it is mandatory to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 undergo fiduciary isolation and health surveillance (informing the competent local Health Authorities to activate the surveillance) at the address indicated in the dPLF, for a period of five (5) days;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 carry out an additional molecular or antigen test at the end of the five (5) days of isolation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esteri.it\/mae\/resource\/doc\/2021\/07\/restrizioni_allingresso_in_italia_-_30.pdf\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> to download <strong>all<\/strong> the measures and requirements).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here you can find a list of laboratories in Belgrade, <strong>open also during Holidays<\/strong>, where you can carry out the rapid antigenic test (<a href=\"resource\/doc\/2021\/04\/lista_laboratori_serbia.pdf\">link<\/a>)<br \/>Antigen and PCR tests are also carried out in the state laboratory in Terminal 1 of Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, which is open 24\/7. FULL EXEMPTION from the requirements of pre-departure testing\/Certificate, self-isolation and subsequent testing<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Provided that they do not show any symptoms compatible with Covid-19, the following travellers are exempt from the requirements under title I, but they are still required to fill out a Passenger Locator Form (dPLF).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Crew and travel personnel\/hauliers;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0People travelling to\/from Countries in List A;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Cross-border workers;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Pupils and students to attend a course of study in a country other than their country of residence, dwelling or abode, to which they return every day or at least once a week;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong>Any person entering Italy for a period not exceeding 120 hours due to proven needs of work, health or absolute urgency<\/strong>, with the obligation, on expiry of that period, to leave the national territory immediately or, failing that, to begin the period of surveillance and fiduciary isolation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Any person <strong>transiting, by private means<\/strong>, through Italian territory for a period not exceeding <strong>36 hours<\/strong>, with the obligation, at the end of that period, to leave the national territory immediately or, failing that, to begin the period of surveillance and trustee isolation in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 5 of Prime Ministerial<br \/>\u00a0Decree of March 2, 2021;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Any person returning to Italy after a stay abroad of less than 48 hours and at a distance of less than 60 km from their home\/domicile\/residence in Italy, provided that they travel by private means of transportation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Any person remaining in Italy for less than 48 hours, in areas of the national territory no further than 60 km from their home\/residence\/domicile abroad, provided that they travel by private means of transportation.\n<p>Only travellers listed under points 7 and 8 are not required to fill out a dPLF either.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II. PARTIAL EXEMPTION from the requirements of self-isolation and subsequent testing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provided that they do not show any symptoms compatible with Covid-19, the following travellers are exempt from the requirements under title II, but they are still required to fill out a Passenger Locator Form and to take a pre-departure test taken 48 or 72 hours before entering Italy or present a Covid certificate, depending on their travel history.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Personnel of companies and institutions with registered or secondary offices in Italy for travel abroad for proven work requirements of no more than 120 hours<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 <strong>Officials and other servants<\/strong>, however, they may be called, of the European Union or international organisations, <strong>diplomatic agents<\/strong>, administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions, consular officials and employees, personnel of the Security Information System of the Republic and fire brigade workers, military and police staff in the performance of their duties.<br \/>\u2022 Health personnel entering Italy for the exercise of professional health qualifications, including the temporary exercise referred to in Article 13 of Decree-Law no. 18 of 17 March 2020.<br \/>\u2022 Citizens or residents of Countries in List A, B, C or D, travelling for proven work reasons for more than 120 hours.<br \/>\u2022 Passengers of <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u201cCovid-tested\u201d flights<\/span>, as defined by the Minister of Health with Order of November 23 2020. <strong>For further information on \u201cCovid-tested\u201d flights, kindly contact your airline<\/strong>.<br \/>\u2022 Travellers entering Italy for work reasons regulated by special security protocols, approved by the relevant health authority;<br \/>\u2022 Travellers entering Italy for non-deferrable reasons, <strong>authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health<\/strong>, with a certificate of a molecular or antigenic test carried out by means of a swab in the 48 hours before entering Italy, with negative result. Click here for further information.<br \/>\u2022 Athletes, commissioners, referees, foreign press and alike, irrespective of their travel history, entering Italy to take part in sporting events of national interest, as defined by Order of July 29, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>A Few Examples<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>An Italian national has to undergo surgery in Italy, for an overall stay of 3 days. The Italian national is resident in Tunisia and travels from there. In this case, the person is not required to take a test or stay in self-isolation, but is still required to fill out a digital Passenger Locator Form. After 3 days, and in any case after 120 hours, he\/she must leave national territory or self-isolate.<\/p>\n<p><\/em><em>A Mexican national residing in the United States and travelling from the latter has to enter Italy for an important business meeting, for an overall stay of 4 days. The Mexican national is not required to self-isolate or to take a molecular test but he\/she must fill out a digital Passenger Locator form. After 4 days or after a maximum of 120 hours, he\/she must leave national territory or self-isolate.<\/p>\n<p><\/em><em>An Australian national currently residing in South Africa seeks entry into Italy as he\/she has been hired by a local company. The Australian national must take a molecular or antigenic test 72 hours before entering Italy and fill out a digital Passenger Locator Form, but he\/she is not required to self-isolate once in Italy, regardless of the duration of his\/her stay in Italy for work-related reasons.<\/p>\n<p><\/em><em>Any employee (regardless of their nationality) of a company registered in Italy has to travel to Ethiopia in order to oversee a purchase for a client, for no longer than 5 days. Upon his\/her return, he\/she is required to take a molecular or antigenic test carried out in the 72 hours prior to entering Italy and fill out a digital Passenger Locator Form.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ENTRANCE OF MINORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the purposes of entering the national territory, children under the <strong>age of six<\/strong> are exempted from carrying out the molecular or antigen test.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In the event of the onset of COVID-19 symptoms, the obligation remains for anyone to report this situation promptly to the Health Authority and to undergo, pending the consequent determinations of the Health Authority, to isolation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Scroll down for English Considerato l\u2019aggravarsi della situazione epidemiologica in Europa, la Farnesina raccomanda a tutti i connazionali di evitare viaggi all\u2019estero se non per ragioni strettamente necessarie.
